  • @grrlfriend The times, they are a changin! I'm amazed at how many people are still locked into that outdated business model. I'm glad you are finding success by taking charge of your own career...way to go! :-)

  • Excellent discussion, Bill! It does seem that the former model for success is evolving. When I became a full-time VO, I probably spent the first year obsessing over how to become a union member & snag a top agent. To date, I'm still non-union and agent-free and getting new projects and prospective clients in my inbox almost daily. I'll take that model of success over being a starving artist any day!
