I followed the instruction, they are pretty simple. I am getting an error. When I try to log in via WinSCP it will not connect. It pops up > Searching for host > Network error: Connection refused. Once I get this error it keeps trying to connect ever 5 seconds and continues on the loop until i stop it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there any other software i could use to connect via wifi. Does my router having a password stop the connection? Im just spit balling right now. I have googled but cant find anything.

I have made sure that the ip adress is exactly the same. My phone connects to my laptop via bluetooth but not via wifi. I have made sure the user name and password are correct. I could easily make a video to show you if that would help me with a soultion to the problem. I am on a win8 machine if that makes a diffrence.
