I totally miss wrestling when it was like this. Is it 5:05 yet? I feel like watching Flair wrestle the Great Muta or Terry Funk. Who is with me? We can watch some Braves baseball afterward when the Braves had no fans at Fulton County Stadium and if there was a rain delay then we can all watch Mama's Family!!!! HELL YES!!!

@Srd1126 , i had to tell a guy that on youtube. I told him just because u dont actually beat anyone to be world champ doesnt mean it isnt a great achievement. The wrestling company is saying that they believe u have the talent to be the main wrestler for their organization. Every wrestlers goal is to get to that spot and so many never make it. So Flair's multiple title reigns says alot about his talent level.

@ReALiTeeChEkk a side note on that, I was talking wrestling with my brother about wrestling and said Flair was great and was champ 5 times. He started to say, "yeah, but as we all know........" I said, "real or not, they made him champ for reasons and no matter what you can't deny that." The KAYFABE era was so much better. If the WWE would implode and dissapear for 5 years we could have real wrestling again. WOO!

@Srd1126 , i agree. I cant stand seeing world champions nowadays cutting promos in trunks and some t-shirt they're trying to sell. The way Flair looked and talked about being champion, he made it seem important. His promos back then are still my favorites of all time. He's the reason all wrestlers try to come up with "catch phrases" now.

This guy should write a book on cutting a promo. And I always liked how the NWA had guys like Flair come out in a suit and tie when not wrestling. McMahon made out like they went to the grocery store in their singlets or trunks.
