@shygirlnow2011...My teeth are fine. Have'nt done anything special but use Dr. Katz products which has tea tree oil in it.Of course, a healthy diet... But i think for the most part its the increase of meditation for a peaceful mindset

@Delticola tea tree oil is a natural disinfectant. I have used it to clean the bathroom. But, for my gums it might be a good idea! thank

Bleeding gums stop in just a few days with use of 2 drops of melaleuca (Tea Tree) Oil on the tooth brush with tooth paste! Gum disease is cured as well. Amazing stuff. I love it for nearly everything.

Thanks for that information. My dentist told me i have periodontal disease. She said that my teeth will be fine because i havent lost much bone. What else do you recommend?
