I've never thought about playing Killzone on Hard. I got the game in 2004 but only played it once. Over the years I tired to play it again but never got into it again. Then at X'mas 2008, i fianlly played it through for the first time in 4 years, mainly to remind me of the story in time for Killzone 2. I then played it again at X'mas 2009 and once again now at X'mas 2010. Always on Normal but i think next X'mas i am going to play it on Hard.
Also the Laser Designator Trooper is cool.

I think that Bounty hunter is the best and coolest class in the game :).
