Visit http://www.fit-not-fat.com for more exercise tips. If you stretch the lower back you should reduce back pain and ease pressure on the calves and hamstrings. The seal stretch will loosen your midriff (esp. your abs), which will ease the pressure on your lower back. It will also help your gait and posture. Before undertaking any new exercise regime consult your health care professional. Thanks for watching and reading. :-)

  • Again - these exercises are NOT safe for the lower back or lower back pain - for people with degenerative discs, osteoarthiritis, sciatica DO NOT do the exercises shown in this video - better to work on hip adduction/abduction under supervision of a certified trainer or physical therapist.

    peace.

  • shame on you for talking about things you don't know enough about

  • WTF. My back was KILLING me , now its like Literally fine

  • The second stretch is not stretching your lower back at all.. its compressing the vertebrae and SHORTENING the erector spinae... to stretch something you need to lengthen it! therefore bending the opposite is stretching it, that however is not. That would be stretching your abs, and to some extent hip flexors.

  • The second stretch is for you abdominals not your lower back but other on works
