Its supposd to hurt after u wrkout.cuz u stretchd n maybe rippd muscles..stretch b4 exercidg n after(da after stretch is vry important) n it wont hurt as bad

Failed workout. All you're doing is building the muscle underneath the layer of fat. You have to do cardio or a combination of high intensity workouts to burn calories and fat. Otherwise those love handles will not decrease with this exercise alone. You get out what you put in....

A better way is rest the broom or dowl rod on your shoulders just below/behind, then slowly twist from waist as far as you can to left, then back again to right. Do one long set working up to about 100, even 200 reps. Another, grap a weight plate or even a bowling ball in a bag in one hand letting that arm hang at side motionless while sucking in your abs slowly lower opposite side while remaining upright. Repeat reversing using other arm. will work obliques nicely.

I don't think this will work, this will only build muscle around the waist area, which will make the love handle get bigger
