Hey, if youre talking about Freddy Frills, its basically a M shape wire over his eye balls.
With my middle finger attached to the middle of the M shape. ( I just have a padded loop in the wire that my finger sits in)
When I pull my middle finger back or forward that pivots the wire to close or open his eyes.
I hope that made sense.
On my other puppets, some use cables (similar to how a bicycle brake works. Or some I use string.
