@NDF211Gunner, thats true, they do warm up and stretch before any run. Trust me i know i used to be a sprinter. But the point im making is even if you do stretch and warmup first, you still wont get your "best" times in cold weather. If you look at all world records in sprints they all were on mild to warmer days. not cold days.

@zk92000 Athletes have to warm up and stretch before just sprinting 100% like this. They are definitely warmed up cause only idiots run a sprint when they are freezing. I learned it the hard way.

This was an early season run, let alone Tyson's first 200 of the season. Yohan ran his 19.26 in his peak phase/late season. No comparison

@Sundin456 You make it sound like sprinting a 200(M) Dash in 19.19 seconds is easy. Tyson Gay is still the Fastest American in the world. So I wouldn't say negative comments about Tyson. You sprint a 200(M) dash and try to get 19.19 seconds and see how hard it is to get that time.
