This video taken from an airplane circling the Chevron oil refinery in Pascagoula, Miss., shows the Thursday, Aug. 16, 2007, fire that engulfed part of the facility. The video was taken at about 3:30 p.m. The fire was not reported to have been extinguished until after 8 p.m. Aug. 16. The video was taken by videographer Derek Long of Skywatch Traffic.

Hahahaha. Since when does OSHA get involved for watching movies? Shooting guns? Maybe in the '70's, bucko, but not in today's refinery. The refinery's plant protection would be ALL over that. You think nobody would notice a gunshot from the old asphalt plant? I work there, it's a GREAT place to work. No need for extra insurance, considering 90% of accidents are human error, tripping, not watching where you're going, slips, trips, and falls, NOT equipment malfunctions or horseplay. Idiot.

I work there as well (railserve) and its definitely safer than anywhere else I've worked (including wal-mart).
It just looks scarier when something does happen.
