I wrote the song in 2005 for a charming fellow, but in the end decided my big handsome doggie boy Maxwell K. (1994-2009) better deserved to have the video dedicated to him.

Makes me want to write a song that's even more intense.

You are like my little dog who always goes astray
Still I gotta love that dog, don't let him get away.

Even when you run away and make me sad and blue
It's more inspiration for the song I write for you.
