I filmed the same thing a couple months ago. It is 2 planes refueling. I only know this because it is a normal thing to see in my area. I didn't realize it till I looked at it through my night vision monocular. I could make out the planes clear as a bell. Check out my video for a comparison

if this was real it would be the first UFO report of I know in Louisiana, knowing gonzales residents this was unidentified to them, which could be anything made in the last twenty years, including someone running around a water tower holding an iPhone trying to get reception... also, they call it a "frame" of reference for a reason...
