This is basically how I do all of my lipsticks, a basic outline in a colour slightly darker then filled in with the main colour.
Products used:
BarrM hot pink eyeliner (as a lip liner)
Pink Neuvou Satin Lipstick - MAC
W10 Foundation/concealer - MACpro
Become barbie.

This video had a lot of useful info for me. Thank you so much. i guess i need to slow down when fixing my lipsticks. i love your hair BTW. mine is similar, except black. and to all these people who are being hateful, dont watch if he bothers you that much. if you dont agree with his lifestyle, why take the time to be mean? he is trying to help us learn how to make ourselves up the right way. learn to be nice.
