@Carmium: It is logical to want to use the term "transsexual" for a person who changed their sex either from male to female or from female to male because that is EXACTLY what they've done; transitioned their sex. What is not logical, or make any sense is for transsexuals to deny that they are transsexuals. Or, for transgender persons to call themselves transsexuals when they know they're not. You're right, the term has to do with sex, and not gender. Why is it that people don't understand?

@javiyadijonadani Reply is from NVanWendy (had to change YT acct. name) I always felt that TG was a better term than TS because it removed the word "sex". Too many people make inappropriate sexual connections with the word TS, and when originally used, TG was, I felt, much more accurate term. But it was quickly adopted by, well, everybody, and TSs were back to being TSs! I have mentioned this in my psych classes, but no one has come up with a new suggestion!
