biesse (controller conversion) cnc running a program created with vcarve pro cad/ cam program to make a bar billiards scorer. starting with a lump of oak (glue up, unplaned approx 30mm thick)
filmed in 4 parts as nobody here to hold my phone while i changed the tools.
total time from grabbing the wood off the pile to applying first coat of varnish approx 25 minutes. A test cut was done on mdf first and program slightly modified for final finish on oak.
this would have never been possible using the old cni controller which was machine original fit.
This part shows the pointer runners being formed using a dovetailing bit.
