Quicksand - Dine Alone

A video from the early 90s hardcore band Quicksand, who never quite caught the post-Metallica/Nirvana/Helmet wave back then.

One day, I go out to dinner at Tutta Pasta in Park Slope, Brooklyn on 7th Avenue and who's having dinner next to me? Walter and an older couple who I would assume were his parents. Hahahaha...! Funny...!! Grew up listening to Gorilla Biscuits and obviously moved along with Quicksand. Likewise with BURN and later Orange 9mm. Just a natural progression. :) RIP: CBGBs and their 1989 afternoon Matinees..!! Sunset SKINS.

Right on! I interviewed Warzone live on a college radio station in CT back in '95 or '96. The guys cursed so much on air I nearly got fired!

this band formed out of another band called Gorilla Biscuit that was really popular for anyone who cares.

-Which had members of Youth Of Today/Side By Side and Warzone if I remember correctly...
