@nidhiprasad be sure to really cook the cabbage and chana dal for a long time. they should be very very well cooked. totally soft. And then be sure to squeeze out ALL the water. then it will be easy to make the balls. as you roll them they become like dough balls. you can't make out any cabbage shape or dal shape in it.

what was the second ingredent after cabbage? accent is a bit thick and my knowledge of Hindi cooking is not very advanced....thanks in advance to an answer.
