@mbarsot thank you for uploading metal kombat...i'll still take the cool down if it's not too much trouble. I'm wanting to be a trainer so I practice when my gym doesn't have the class. Just as a tip, use the fist that you aren't punching with to protect your face. Where is this class?

@hempnite420 I cannot post the entire session..and I'm not sure what the "Elbow drops" part is.can you either explain better or give me the track name ?

@mbarsot ....sure....the name of the track is Metal Kombat for the Mortal Man and it's the one right after Nessun Dormai, and if you can't post the entire thing, can you just do the cool down (track 9 and 10)?

@hempnite420 uploading right now. beware, it was very slippery (about 35Celsius @90% humidity) and I was just about to fall down (I'm not the instructor, but rather the one on the left.) The cooldown did not come out very well as the camera was shooting too much high. You still want it ? I fear Les milles will ask for videos to be removed...
