HELP! im trying to grow out my hair and the tip about not shampooing everyday because it strips your hair of natural oils, could we shower and get our hair like soaked and conditioner but not shampoo?

wow you wash you hair with conditioner to i do to and im african american and i notice that i keeps the relaxer ( straightener) in my hair longer and it grows my hair longer
