  • lol I agree they are great knives but...Oh my word, the guy cracks me up... His shorts in the water bottle demo was most amusing!!!

  • @AveroOnTop Thats what she said!

  • @aaren117 NO! a good steel knife can cut into titanium, titanium is only stronger than steel if it's going to be stressed by applying weight to it, Almimum is stronger than steel in the same way, but of course youre not going to buy an aluminum knife! Steel is still the best material for a blade, mainly because it's still just alot harder than either titanim or aluminum.

  • id prefer Cold Titanium =) 60% stronger than steel. only have to buy 1 knife

  • In order to have competitive prices they have to manufacture these knives outside of the US. There's a reason Cold Steel is able to offer us incredibly high value knives. Want U.S. made knives? No problem, but be prepared to pay a lot for them.

    Cold Steel is one of my favorite knife manufacturers. Where a knife is made does not matter if the company's QC is good. Cold Steel's QC most certainly is. Most manufacturers make their knives outside the US these days anyway.

  • Are we talking some here rope or some there rope son? Please, learn to speak my son. Speak to learn my son.

    Their -> That is THEIR rope.

    There -> The rope is over THERE.

    They're (They are) -> THEY'RE cutting a rope.

  • when you make your knives in the usa then well talk

  • these guys love there rope and meat but i love there knives!

  • the only knife that i would buy from Cold Steel would be the Scottish Spike

  • Yeah, the handle seems to be just nylon wrapping.
