Anyway, read the Wiki article on Pugachev's Cobra, and you will see all of the aircraft i listed in the section listing aircraft known to be capable of the maneuver.

On that list, you will also note the presence of the Saab J-35 Draken, the production of which predates that of the SU-27 and the MIG-29 (the only Russian aircraft capable of the maneuver) by 22 years. This plane has no canards, and no vectoring.
