Natla argues with the others of the Triumvirate that her place on the throne is absolute and just, the crown rightly hers; but Tihocan would see her perish. She destroyed the sacred bond of the Triumvirate and deserves punishment. Breaking free, Natla advances for the Scion once more. Meanwhile, Lara tries to discover the truth of Atlantis, only to be caught up in the chaos when Natla overruns her pursuits. Who truly wears the crown?

actually she didn't die in underworld she died in the x box DLC's Back to ashes and Lara shadow as she is killed by the doppelganger as Lara sets her free and she asks what the doppelganger is going to do then the doppelganger asked Lara .... she replied make natla suffer!! therefore the death of natla :P
cause if the doppelganger is apart of Lara she would do the same thing that Lara Would :)
