http://goddesshoopdance.com The basic moves in this hoop dance incorporate several of the moves I taught in the Goddess Hoop Dance 4-Week Beginner Series which is based on the Hoop Girl Workout. The women who took the class came a long way in four short weeks. And it has all gotten a little bit easier. This video is especially for Ana, Ange, Sally, Susan, Sue, Mary, and Stephanie. Some of the moves they learned were Pump, Play, Booty Blitz, Wild West, Float Up, Float Down, and Nectar, as well as how to move around while hooping, turning, incorporating simple arm movements in their hoop dance and hooping in time to the music.

wow, i have been learning to hoop for about a month now i love it but not really that good just yet i have lung problems so finding it hard but hope i can be as good at you some day your movements are very smooth x
