This was a test to see how precisely I could make the shapes in 0.060 steel. I later reduced the power to 1/3 and slowed the speed to 20 in/min and kept the pressure to 80psi. The results were good enough to register against mating edges and tabs so that I could weld it up into a box. The box will hold a webcam (behind a welding glass) which will be mounted just behind the plasma cutter. The mount for the plasma torch was also custom made to maximize the available cutting space given the table design I made. The video also shows the stainless steel pan I designed for the water table. The water is pumped from a reservoir system below the table.
