The second of two Christmas related recipes: the other (pumpkin pie) can be found in my channel. Both videos were shot whilst I was hosting a party for some of my fellow English Masters students at the time, which is why I didn't have time to refilm, but then again I suppose it goes to show how easy it is to cook and have a party in your kitchen at the same time ;)
Apologies for the out of focus camera occasionally; shiny things seem to confuse its automatic focusing function. I also didn't have any mince pies to show you as the final result, as they all got eaten instantly!
