Band Exercises for Chest & Back Toning; Upper Body Band Exercises
This 4 exercise circuit can be done as a stand alone mini-workout or as part of a larger upper body workout session. If being used a stand alone workout - You can repeat the 4 exercise circuit more than once - depending on your level for fitness ability - and goals.
The 4 exercises include:
1 - Resistance Band Row - from Hi to Low
2 - Resistance Band Flies - from Hi to Low
3 - Resistance Band Lat Push-downs
4 - Resistance Band Chest Press - from Hi to Low

Resistance bands are limited with weight. You can get 300+ lbs of resistance however will not be able to for example chest press 300lbs. It would just pull you backwards.

Bands are beneficial however chest pressing 250lbs for example is near impossible without bracing yourself against some thing.

Thanks for this video.
But i can't think what i can mount my resistance band to.
Maybe i could screw a couple of cupboard handles to the door frame and thread my band through.
