It is said that this idea was rooted in Baekdu Mountain which symbolizes the spirit of the Korean people. The diagram represents Baekdu mountain.

What is the difference between Gokaeng-i chagi and Naeryo chagi?

xtually..i only study taekwondo in taekwondo gtf..

and training how to kick, punch, knife-hand strike, elbow, and knee

but..im used it in my way...just study how to do it in rightway..

I can assuare you that if you put enough thought and study into the patterns, they all make sense and have been well thought out. Though I do not think that this is the official video of Ju Che. Actually the official ITF rendition is performed by a woman wiht a very eighty's hair do.
