Sometimes I find a backing track on youtube that I've never heard before. I usually record an improvisation over the song and save the first shot. Sometimes I force myself to upload the first take just to put pressure on myself. That is how I practice improvisation ..

solo technique cepand on a du mal s'y retrouver entre tout ses gammes pas forcement tres bien exploiter et le tapping est reussi mais trop present

Awesome you fucking rock! I do the same thing with recording my first and go with it with my improv. Not as good as you though. Check me out only been playing for year and half, so be easy on me, feel free to leave real feedback even if you don't like it!
