  • @Anji2866......Just before it goes into the oven. If the loaf is cut before entering the oven. the cuts will open out upon proofing and the loaf can collapse. Hope this helps.

  • This video and the previous one were very helpful. Should the loaf be scored as soon as it is shaped or just before it goes into the oven?
