I was at the October 11, 2004 "final Show" at the Standard in Walthamstow and he opened with this. Nick is an underarrated GOD.

If I recall correctly, this show was recorded the week prior to that Standard gig. I'm sure I remember Nick talking about it during the show...

This song was the first one I ever heard live, sitting in the car park while the band were soundchecking, that was in 2002 - a seminal moment in my life!

I think you're right. After the gig at the standard, we got to the tube station at whitehorse rd. at 2 minutes past 12. Ended up sharing a mini-cab back to Belgravia with a nice bloke that just happened to be studying for his black cab license. Perhaps the coolest first night in London a yank ever had. Also, we got to spend the pr- show back stage with Nick and Ade. Great guys and even greater music. Tigerbrandcoffeisarealtreat. Even realtigerspreferittorealmeat. cheers!
