Get it "Purr" tenders because they are cats. Apparently people in the 80's hated cats so much that they had to pretend to be other animals... and why wouldn't the toy makers just create animals that kids did want... Further more these are not very good disguises and these cats are horrendously ugly no argument that they do need masks.

  • oh i was fascinated with these as a kid never did get one :(

  • I remember these. The purple one was Hop-purr, the yellow one was Romp-purr, the punk one was Chirp-purr,the white one was scamp-purr,and the black one was Flop-purr. There was a dog too in the books named Ed-Grr who was the dog of the pet shop's owner kinda the bad guy of the series, he wanted to recapture them cause he hated that their crazy plan actually worked and he wanted to tease them more

  • I had those as a kid!!!

  • I had the white one lol

  • my dad just found mine and i scared when i squeezed it sounds like a motor boat then a cat purring lol, but there are real toys, although mine didn't have it's disguise with it.

  • I had the walrus. Turns out it was really just a cat. Part of me died that day.

  • lol omg I remember those
