/A\ TV: American Muslims Face Racial Profiling at Border

Incidents increase since death of Osama bin Laden

A group of Muslim Americans is critical of U.S. Homeland Security, claiming they faced racial profiling when recently leaving Canada, and have been subject to unfair and unjust searches and delays.

Homeland Security is responding.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations is calling Homeland Security's response a coup, in that the organization is taking these claims seriously.

An investigation is being launched into what some are calling "systemic" problems at the border, namely asking American Arabs questions about their religion, just how religious they are, and how often they pray.

They say it's a question of civil liberties.
