Her voice sails up into quintessence, but her eyes and smile in some photos make her seem such a vivacious Erdgeist. I adore the tree photo in particular. Thank you, Doug, for your beautiful work. Your reverence for her is in itself a thing of beauty.

Charm personified. Gerald Moore devotes pages of his book to her bubbly personality. Who can there possibly be, on hearing her and seeing her, that is not equally swept away?
