Shutter Island New Official Trailer Exclusive (Behind The Scenes)

Leonardo DiCaprio re-teams with legendary director Martin Scorsese February 19 for the taut thriller 'Shutter Island,' and we have an exclusive sneak peek behind the scenes!

"There's so many twists and so many turns," says Leo.

In the movie, Leo and Mark Ruffalo play a federal marshals searching for an escaped patient from a hospital for the criminally insane.

"There's no way she could have possibly escaped this island," explains Leo. "She would have to go through thick, dense forests and climb down jagged rocks, to swim miles and miles to shore -- and it seems like there's some sort of conspiracy going on."

'Shutter Island' marks Leo and Scorsese's fourth film together, and the Oscar-winning director says, "I immediately agreed he should do it, because I knew by this point we have a way of working together now."

Helping run the eerie facility is Sir Ben Kingsley, and he says he's also thrilled to work with Scorsese, saying, "He is inexhaustible, profoundly gifted, and I'm very privileged to be working with him."
