Raps are generally sung in rhyme, not spoken word. Inflections make a huge difference and most of this was spoken monotone. Words that don't rhyme well can be hidden by modifying the tone, inflection and emphasis on certain syllables, but when you just speak the words casually its got to be perfect. The biggest problem? It sounds like you are reading the rap, from a paper or computer screen or something. Take the time to memorize the rap and let the music dictate how it flows from your mouth.
