Martin, would you recommend the 3-finger push-up to anyone? Or should inexperienced Warriors begin by progressing from something like a 5-finger push-up to a 4-finger one then onto this? I ask because I remember injuring my fingers a while back performing 5 2-finger push-ups (a challenge from someone else!). Didn't hurt much at the time but took a few months to heal completely and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same!
Anyway, great video as always and I appreciate the advice.

I usually go lower down wen i do my push up(chest almost touching),Im wondering wuy you are not going lower.Your the expert, can you tell me why?By the way love all your chalenge workout.

Let them try that one as a challenge. How many 3 fingered pushups can they do in a row.
