whatever u do, dont work for dynamic-global-transport, they told me to go and recruit people, so i went to do it over cb but they did not tell me u were not allowed to recruit over cb and i got suspended for 2 days, I recommend working for MTA Worldwide or XTREME TRUCKING

You dont need to donate any money . If you join any company that does contracts , game money is made in the game quite easily . I actually think donating that much real money for a measely 5000 dollars game money is a rip off .
