Youtube's old system meant that some videos (including this one) had a HQ button to view a video in high quality which is what the title is referring to.
I deeply apologise for the severe distress I must have caused you in not being able to afford you the luxury of an updated title every time youtube tweaks the finest details of their service. I fully appreciate that some people are used to the very best and that a humble guy not being perfect sometimes won't cut it for them.

For that I am truly sorry and I will do my utmost to ensure in the future that all my videos are labelled correctly, updated every 24 hours if need be and include citations and references wherever I see fit.

You'll either need to configure it so you use the keyboard in the control options, or you'll need to use a gamepad. Gamepads I find are a lot easier to use, especially for directing your shots. You can get a good gamepad for £10 and they usually work with most PC games and are well worth it if you play a fair bit =)
