A very cheap music vid with bad miming of a song I wrote (and made a rough demo of), based partly on the Fur Elise by Beethoven, with some words here and there by Lord Byron... My girlfriend is called Elysse, so this seemed like the obvious thing to do! Wrote it in 50s style, partly inspired by Brian Setza doing Fur Elise in Django Reinhardt Stephane Grappelli style. So I nicked the chords and did this.

Guitars, vocals and bass and written by Dante DiCarlo, copyright 2011

words
This is a song, for Elysse
Each night is long, can't get no peace
She's got my heart in a headlock, there'll be no release

This is a song, for Elysse.. etc

I'm lost at sea, fated since born
A sweet mystery, carved in human form
Lost in a moment of refelction upon her charms

This is a song, for Elysse.. etc

She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes, and starry skies
And all that's best of dark and bright meet in her eyes

This is a song, for Elysse etc
