Your fourth question: It was an advantageous mechanism guided by Natural Selection. The hands, eyes and ears obviously work well in our environment, which is why we have them. The things which didn't work (was ineffective) in animals caused the animals to die off, the things which are advantageous worked. This is Evolution.

Your first, second and third question: I have never seen this as a valid argument. The universe is so damn huge, with billions and billions of Solar Systems. Of course there was going to be one, or a few, which had the right environment to produce self sustaining life.

I have no problem giving those who do not think the time is right to have children the ability to not conceive. Nor do I have a a problem with providing for their children if they do conceive. But to murder a innocent goes against both my morality and God's. A Godly people would not abandon those in need and would help them at all possible avoid such an end.
