That said, here's the BGM for stages 1-4 from the first ever Touhou game, Highly Responsive to Prayers, as brought to you by Akyuu's Untouched Score Vol. 5.

This theme was also reused for stages 16-19 of the Jigoku/Hell route, by the way.

It wasn't even that. PC-98 was a Japanese-only computer that IIRC wasn't even made for games and was pretty much obsolete by the time Touhou came around. Which means he's even more amazing.
