I love this! This is just the step that I have taken myself, and it's still a little fresh so I'm kind of falling in and out of it. Gisele, this was an incredible way to start the morning..Your video just popped out in my recommended videos section and heck, it resonates with me so well. We're not less worthy if we think negative thoughts...if feels incredible to stay in the now without judging or being frustrated-oh I had a negative reaction again, I have to change that quickly.Just watching yourself doing the daily things releases the tension and allows you to flow through life...like a river.
