My vegetarian-style swedish christmas ham.
The Swedish Christmas Tofu!!! yummmMM!

Recipe for the salt/jinger/clove bath:

7,5 deciliter of water
0,75 deciliter of salt
2-3 spoons of sugar
some jinger and clove.
Let the tofu be in the water over night.
If it gets too salty you can wash it with water.

The glazing:
1 egg
3-4 tablespoons of mustard
2 tea spoons of sugar (not needed if your mustard is sweet)

Roll the tofu in the glazing and then roll it in crubled-bread. Put it in the oven at 220 centigrades, for about half an hour or until it's "golden".
