Even if what Gibbs says is true, Geithner is still responsible. "Bosses" are responsible for the actions of their subordinates. It is their JOB to oversee what underlings do, and if they fail in that job, then they at least get fired. This was all so obviously premeditated and clearly Obama was in on it--Geithner does the dirty work and then moves in as Treasury Secretary to make sure it never comes to light. Of course, none of this is news to anybody who is awake.
