Adjutant Reflex, have we met before?

A covenant construct in a forerunner ship? Those things can barely run MS Paint. I'm sure it's a Forerunner AI/CI. Namely: Adjutant Reflex. He's already stated that he has been traveling time and space to find a solution to the problems that we face. It's only natural that he pulled a Hiro on the MC and tried to stop him or help him onto the ship.

Mendicant Bias was recaptured before then and split in to smaller cloned fractions and spread through the forerunners ships and technology. each fraction limited and re-purposed to its intended function. until many years later the covenant begin to do the same and unwittingly started peacing MB together again. he speaks often as "We" and "i" during the events of halo 1. by the end of halo 2 and the beginning of halo 3 he now speaks as 1 being more complete. "i am your shield. i am your sword"

ahh that makes sense. that is mendicant bias. theres also music in halo 2 that played backwards has a message from him. That happens in high charity. In the book contact harvest there also a forerunner AI they claim to be one of the oracles on the forerunner dreadnaut. some of the things it says implies that it is mendicant bias.
