Here are the conversion to US measurements
1 kg flour is 10 cups
250 g of margarine is 1.136 cup or .55 lbs
1 packet of the baking powder she uses was 48 g and that is = to 4.27 tbs

thanks for posting this video. this recipe was like my mom's recipe. she passed away already and I miss her empanada. I think I can make this empanada and share it with my brothers and siblings and reminisce ....thanks and I really like your simple recipes easy to follow.
