  • As always, refined, precise playing from Yepes. Not to be a pedant, but that's a multi-string classical guitar, not a baroque guitar, and he's playing Scottish lute music.

  • @ninebreaker21 Thank you for you interest - your point about the guitar is well taken. However, Adrian le Roy was neither Scotch nor Spanish but French, and composed both for the lute and the guitar. I'm hoping Ana Yepes will inform me of why this piece was chosen for a mostly Spanish music program.

  • Yepes is wonderful ,such an original thinker and master.He is always interesting,sometimes wonderful sometimes less so but always evocative,original and inspiring and interesting.
