1/4 cup egg whites
1 cup Organic Erythritol (or your choice of sweetener equal to 1 cup of sugar)
1/2 cup Almond Meal
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp salt
Whip egg whites and salt until stiff. Add erythritol and vanilla. Beat in almond meal. pour into a container and microwave for 5 minutes.
