I believe joe is incorrect by saying that we have to say thank you, I love you, please forgive to the divine. I just did a 2 day workshop with dr hew len and those phrases are actually said to the data or memory in you because that is what is blocking you from the divine.

dr Len kept telling us to erase the data, fall in love with the data, and the memory in me is the problem it goes against God.
