This video is mainly for the person, or persons, in receipt of my letter addressed to the USDOJ, mailed out March 11, 2010. Anyone is free to view and comment.

I contacted Enfield, Connecticut State Senator John A. Kissel when I owned 3 rental properties. I communicated my problem with Judge Jonathan J. Kaplan rigging civil cases against landlords, contractors, and the self-employed asking that evidence be taken to remove him. I also had concerns that I voiced to Kissel about Connecticut State Police Officers protecting the turf of prostitutes, their criminal gang of state registered confidential police informants, criminals, and heroin and crack cocaine dealers refusing to help non-connected small business and property owners.

Connecticut State Police Officers used the exact words I used complaining to Kissel about the Connecticut State Police, telling Kissel that I intended on suing the Connecticut State Police for bad behavior, misconduct, and for violating my civil rights. Officers told me to shut my mouth and leave the state or Id lose my home, business, daughter, be arrested and go to prison. I was not suspected of any crimes, was not on probation, and had not yet been arrested.

Officers had encouraged criminals, informants, drug dealers, and prostitutes to work with them to set me up, supply false statements, and/or assault me on sight.

A felon, violent burglar, did catch me coming from home from work in the dark. After threatening my life, stalking, and harassing me for two weeks or more, the felon attacked me, telling me hed cut my penis off if I didnt turn over my wallet. I took a beating, fought back, and wanting to keep my penis, pepper sprayed the felon. Connecticut State Police Officers arrested only me, and refused to take witness statements, and refused to take my statement. The State Police Officers committed perjury at the rigged trial presided on by Judge Jonathan J. Kaplan, the judge I had been trying to remove for years for bad behavior in civil cases.

I was sentenced to a year in prison, 3 years probation. At the time, prisons were too crowded to give some sex offenders who raped 2 and 3 year old children prison. I got prison for resisting being mugged. Does that make sense?

I believe it was obstruction of justice, conflict of interest, and/or covering his own felony behavior for State Senator John A. Kissel to preside over the re-appointment of Judge Jonathan J. Kaplan Feb. 17, 2010, at the Hartford Capitol Judiciary Committee hearing. I believe Kissel acted with sleaze, malice, and knowledge he was breaking laws, serving himself, corrupt lawyers, prosecutors, judges, officials, and police officers, not the public as he was elected. I also believe he has violated his oath to uphold the US Constitution.

I request that John A. Kissel, Judge Jonathan J. Kaplan, and other criminals who acted to break laws with them be investigated, arrested, and prosecuted.
